Lattakia, SANA-Lattakia Governor Mohammad Othman visited the site of fires that broke out between the villages of al-Sakkaria and al-Rihaniya in the northern Lattakia countryside to review the efforts of the firefighting teams participating in the extinguishing operations.
Othman met with the teams participating in the extinguishing operations, including members of the Civil Defense and the Joint Operations Room.
He praised the efforts exeted to contain the fires, stressing his ongoing monitoring and full readiness to support a rapid response to any emergency and enhance safety measures in the affected areas.
