Cairo, SANA-Foreign and Expatriates Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani represented Syria ,for the first time, to the Regular Summit of the Arab League Council at the Ministerial Level, held at the headquarters of the League’s General Secretariat in Cairo.
