Baghdad, SANA- Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein confirmed that the stability of security situation in Syria is a vital factor for regional security.
According to al-Sumaria News website, the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Thursday: “Minister of Foreign Affairs underlined during his meeting with his Swiss counterpart Ignazio Cassis, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the close link between the security of Syria and the stability of the region as a whole.”
Iraqi Foreign Minister stressed the need to adopting the dialogue as a basic means to ease tensions and achieve regional peace.
The two ministers discussed the latest political developments in the Middle East, including the political developments in Syria.
