Hasakah, April 12 (SANA) A humanitarian aid convoy arrived Saturday in Syria’s northeastern Hasakah province to support families affected by recent floods and heavy rainfall.
According to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, the convoy carried essential relief supplies provided with support from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, as well as contributions from the Norwegian and German Red Crosses. The supplies were delivered to the organization’s local warehouses for distribution.

Officials said this was the second convoy to reach the region as aid efforts expand across affected areas. Previous distributions have reached communities in the city center and districts including Qamishli and al-Malikiyah in southern rural Hasakah. The assistance is aimed at meeting urgent basic needs following flooding in March.
