Damascus countryside, April 11 ( SANA)– The first Recovery Conference launched its activities on Saturday in the city of Douma of Damascus countryside under the slogan: “From Response to Sustainability… A Partnership towards Sustainable Growth”, with participation of Nazir Al-Hakim, representative of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, and several senior officials.
The conference aims to provide an accurate and comprehensive database on the demographic and service reality, strategica transition from the emergency relief to sustainable development and early recovery.
It also aims to establish a practical framework for institutional partnership with international and local organizations.
