Damascus, April 4 (SANA) Syria strongly condemned the crime committed by the Israeli occupation forces, which targeted a civilian vehicle with a tank shell in the village of al-Zaaroura in the Quneitra countryside, resulting in the death of a civilian.
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said , In a statement issued on Friday, the attack constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and reflects the continuation of aggressive policies that threaten civilians’ lives, in clear breach of all international norms and conventions.
The Ministry voiced Syria’s condemnation of this crime and called on the international community to assume its legal and humanitarian responsibilities and to take immediate action to stop these repeated violations.
Earlier, an Israeli occupation tank fired a shell at a civilian car west of the village of al-Zaaroura in the al-Rafid municipality in southern Quneitra, killing the young man who was inside.
