Damascus, March 20 (SANA) Syrian Defense Minister Maj. Gen. Murhaf Abu Qasra and his Turkish counterpart Yaşar Güler stressed, in a phone call on Friday, the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two countries on issues of mutual interest, in a way that serves their common interests and supports bilateral relations.
Minister Abu Qasra extended ,during the call, Eid al-Fitr greetings to Güler and expressed hopes for continued security and stability in Türkiye.
The conversation is part of ongoing efforts to build military ties between Damascus and Ankara.
