Israeli incursion in northern Quneitra: Homes raided in Al-Samadaniyah al-Gharbiyah

Quneitra, March 16 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces carried out an incursion on Monday into the village of Al-Samadaniyah al-Gharbiyah, located in the northern countryside of Quneitra.

SANA’s correspondent in Quneitra reported that an occupation force—comprising an armored vehicle and two vans—penetrated the village and conducted raids on two residential homes. Following the provocative search operation, the units withdrew from the area, moving toward the destroyed city of Quneitra.

This latest aggression is part of a series of continuous Israeli violations of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement. These breaches include ground incursions into southern Syria, harassment of citizens through raids and arrests, and the illegal leveling of agricultural lands.

Syria has consistently demanded the immediate withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from its territory. Damascus reaffirms that all measures taken by the occupation in southern Syria are null, void, and carry no legal weight under international law. Furthermore, Syria calls upon the international community to uphold its responsibilities, deter the occupation’s illegal practices, and compel a full withdrawal from the occupied Syrian south.
