Damascus, Feb.4 (SANA) President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmad al-Sharaa, received on Wednesday the U.S. Special Envoy to Syria, Tom Barrak and an accompanying delegation, at the People’s Palace in Damascus. 

Talks during the meeting dealt with the latest developments in the region and issues of common interest.

Foreign Minister, Assad Hassan al-Shaibani, attended the meeting.
