Quneitra, Dec. 15 (SANA) Israeli occupation forces carried out a new incursion into the northern countryside of Quneitra on Monday.
SANA correspondent in Quneitra reported that a force of five military vehicles entered the road connecting the town of Jubata al-Khashab and the village of Ain al-Bayda, set up a checkpoint, searched passersby, and obstructed movement.
On Sunday, Israeli forces also advanced into the village of Ruweihina in southern Quneitra.
Israel continues its aggressive policies and violations of the 1974 Disengagement of Forces Agreement by advancing into southern Syria, attacking civilians through raids, arbitrary arrests, forced displacement, property destruction, and land leveling.
Syria demands the full withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from its territory, stressing that all measures taken by Israel in southern Syria are null and void and have no legal effect under international law.
