A preliminary meeting was held Monday between committees from the Ministry of Justice and security ones, based on the outcomes of a previous meeting between a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Syria and the Lebanese government.
The meeting addressed the conditions of detainees and relevant bilateral agreements.
