Syria expresses condolences to Turkey following tragic Kartalkaya hotel fire

Damascus, SANA-Syria expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims for the fire incident that happened in northwest Turkey’s Bolu city, which claimed the lives of 76 people.

“The Syrian people express their deep sadness following the tragedy that occurred in Kartalkaya, which led to the death of more than 76 people. We extended heartfelt sympathy to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement published through its channel in Telegram.

“The brotherly Turkish people have always been with us and supported us in our most difficult moments and conditions, and today and tomorrow the Syrians stand by their Turkish brothers in their ordeal, hoping to overcome it as soon as possible.” The Ministry added.
