Damascus, SANA- Minister of Social Affairs and Labor in the caretaker government, Fadi al-Qassem discussed Tuesday with a delegation from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) ways to enhance support in various humanitarian fields.
During the meeting, a number of issues were highlighted, including child protection, social protection, with the emphasize on the government’s commitment to developing effective policies aimed at protecting the most vulnerable groups in society, and the UNICEF’s role in supporting these efforts.
