Syria takes part in Global Airports Forum 2025 in Riyadh

Riyadh, Dec. 16 (SANA) An official Syrian delegation headed by Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Air Transport Omar al- Hosari is participating in the fourth edition of the Global Airports Forum 2025 (GAF 2025), which opened Tuesday in Riyadh.

In a statement to SANA, al- Hosari said the participation reflects Syria’s keenness to engage actively in international forums specializing in the aviation sector and to strengthen channels of communication with regional and international partners.

He said the forum provides an opportunity to exchange expertise, review the latest global practices and technologies, and support plans to develop airports and the air transport sector in Syria in the coming phase.

The Global Airports Forum 2025 is being held from Dec. 16 to 17 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is regarded as one of the leading international platforms dedicated to airports and aviation, bringing together industry leaders, experts and decision-makers from around the world to discuss the latest developments and future trends in this vital sector.
