The Syrian national cycling team earned a bronze medal in the mixed team time trial event at the Arab Championship, currently taking place in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
Team members included Youssef Sarouji, Odai Abu Hasna, Hala Zaidan, and Fatima Al-Zahraa Shouk.
This marks the first time the mixed team format has been featured in the history of the Arab cycling championships.
