Doha, July 15 (SANA) First Lady Latifa al-Droubi offered on Wednesday her condolences in Doha to Sheikha Moza bint Nasser following the passing of the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Mrs. al-Droubi expressed her sincere condolences and sympathy to Sheikha Moza, the ruling family, and the brotherly Qatari people. She prayed that God grant the deceased His abundant mercy and forgiveness, admit him to paradise, and give his family and loved ones patience and solace.
On July 13 , President Ahmad al-Sharaa offered his condolences in Doha to Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani over the death of the Father Emir.
President al-Sharaa was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, Culture Minister Mohammad Yassin al-Saleh, and Tourism Minister Mazen al-Salahani.
The Qatari Amiri Diwan announced on Sunday morning the demise of former Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani at the age of 74.
