President al-Sharaa receives a cable of congratulation from Mr. Saad al-Hariri

Damascus, SANA- President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmad al-Sharaa, received a cable of congratulation from Mr. Saad al-Hariri, in which he expressed the positive atmosphere in Lebanon after Mr. al-Sharaa assumed presidency of the Republic.

AL-Hariri expressed his optimism that President al-Sharaa would achieve Syrian people’s aspirations for which they had long struggled.

He also considered that Mr. al- Sharaa’s assumption of the presidency is a clear indication of Syria’s liberation from a brutal tyranny that had ravaged corruption and crime in Syria.

Al-Hariri also expressed his aspiration to establish brotherly relations between Lebanon and Syria that would meet the interests of the two peoples and erase the impacts of “a sinful era been wiped out forever.”
