New York, SANA-The UN Development Programme(UNDP) in Syria has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the country’s recovery .
“We are committed to Syria’s recovery. The UNDP team in Arab states working on governance, rule of law, and peacebuilding is addressing urgent local needs, empowering communities, and connecting local voices to the path of national progress.” the program stated in a post on the “X” platform.
UNDP contributes to reconstruction and development efforts by funding several projects aimed at rehabilitating infrastructure, particularly in the education and health sectors.
