Anjarani also praised Jordan’s supportive stance in helping extinguish the wildfires currently affecting Syria’s coastal region. He noted that Jordan had dispatched civil defense teams to aid in the efforts to contain forest fires in the northern countryside of Latakia an act that reflects the deep-rooted and historic ties between the two nations.

He affirmed Jordan’s commitment to contributing to Syria’s recovery through the Supreme Coordination Council between the two countries and by developing joint action plans and programs in areas of shared interest.
