People's Gallery in Damascus hosts an exhibition entitled "Sunlight"

Damascus, SANA- The Plastic Artists Union organized Wednesday an exhibition entitled “Sunlight” at the People’s Gallery in Damascus, showcasing paintings by artist Hanadi Youssef.

She presented paintings mixed with pain and hope, talking about what happened to Syria during the past years, as a result of the crimes of the former regime, with a ray of hope for a bright future.

Head of The Plastic Artists Union, Dr. Muhammad Subhi al-Sayyid Yahya said that the exhibition reflects the current situation in Syria, which has been illuminated by the sun after liberation, as every spot in the country has been illuminated by the light of this stage.
