Syrian Airlines confirms tomorrow’s Flights, cancels Damascus–Dubai Route due to airspace closure

Damascus, SANA-Syrian Airlines is making every effort to maintain the operation of as many flights as possible, depending on available airspace access and operational conditions.

In a statement shared on its Telegram channel, the airline confirmed that flights scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, will proceed as planned, including:

  • Damascus–Jeddah–Damascus (Flight 381 outbound, 382 return), departing Damascus International Airport at 5:00 AM and Jeddah at 8:30 AM.
  • Damascus–Kuwait–Damascus (Flight 341 outbound, 342 return), departing Damascus at 5:30 AM and Kuwait at 8:30 AM.
  • Damascus–Abu Dhabi–Damascus (Flight 503 outbound, 504 return), departing Damascus at 12:00 PM and Abu Dhabi at 4:00 PM.
  • Damascus–Sharjah–Damascus (Flight 501 outbound, 502 return), departing Damascus at 12:00 PM and Sharjah at 4:00 PM.
  • Damascus–Istanbul–Damascus (Flight 443 outbound, 444 return), departing Damascus at 2:00 PM and Istanbul at 5:00 PM.

However, due to airspace restrictions, the airline has canceled the Damascus–Dubai–Damascus flight (Flight 515 outbound, 516 return), which had been scheduled to depart Damascus at 7:20 AM and Dubai at 1:00 PM.

Syrian Airlines had previously announced the cancellation of today’s Damascus–Sharjah–Damascus flights due to airspace closures during scheduled flight times.

Airspace in several regional countries remains closed as ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel continue into their fourth consecutive day.
