Unified national database of state employees' records completed in less than 100 days

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Administrative Development, Mr. Mohammad Hassan al-Skaf, has announced that in less than 100 days, and through intensive efforts and full mobilization of human and technical capacities, the unified national database of state employees’ records has been completed. This achievement marks a significant leap forward in enhancing the efficiency of public administration.

In a statement to SANA, Minister al-Skaf highlighted that this integrated national database serves as a central tool to achieve administrative transparency, ensure equitable distribution of human resources, and provide a solid foundation for devising sound plans and making more effective decisions in human capital investment. It also contributes to modernizing employment systems in line with the actual needs of state institutions.

Minister al-Skaf extended his thanks and appreciation to all teams at the Ministry of Administrative Development who worked diligently and devotedly to complete this national project in record time.

He also expressed gratitude to the Administrative Development Directorates in public entities, whose effective collaboration played a pivotal role in unifying efforts and achieving integration among the work teams.

The Minister affirmed that the upcoming phase will see qualitative utilization of this database in developing policies and systems related to human resources management in the public sector. This will contribute to building a more efficient administration that aligns with the aspirations of Syrians.
