Civil defense eliminates dozens of unexploded ordnances, including 13 cluster bombs

Damascus, SANA- Over the past few days, Syrian Civil Defense engineering teams have eliminated dozens of unexploded ordnance from the remains of the ousted regime’s bombing campaigns in various parts of Syria.

On its telegram channel, CDF stated that among the 13 munitions destroyed were cluster bombs, one of the most dangerous types of unexploded ordnance on civilian life, because of their long-term killing capacity and heavy deployment, as a result of bombing campaigns by the ousted regime’s forces over the past years.
