Electricity Minister discusses challenges facing electricity sector with World Bank delegation

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Electricity, Engineer Omar Shaqrouq, held discussions with a delegation from the World Bank regarding the challenges facing Syria’s electricity sector.

The meeting, held at the Ministry’s headquarters, addressed technical aspects of developing the electrical system and exploring ways to modernize the infrastructure, with the aim of improving production and distribution efficiency in accordance with the latest global standards.
