Mass demonstration in Sweida city, denouncing recent Israeli statements

Sweida, SANA -Trade unions, professional and civil activities participated on Tuesday in a Mass demonstration in Al-Karamah Square in Sweida’s city to express their rejection and condemnation of the recent Israeli statements and its interference in Syria’s internal affairs.

Protesters stressed their rejection of the divisive and separatist projects, calling on all domestic and national activities to confront the proposed Israeli project.

The also affirmed that people of Jabal al-Arab are Syrian citizens, owners of the land, and an integral part of the Syrian components and they are not minorities, do not need protection from anyone from outside, and will not be satisfied except with a state of law that protects the land and the people.

The participants called for adopting all legal measures before the relevant international forums regarding the hostile Israeli statements, which constitute a violation of international rules and laws, the United Nations Charter, and the Disengagement Agreement.
