Quneitra, Dec. 3 (SANA) Israeli forces advanced on Wednesday into several villages in southern Quneitra countryside.
“A patrol moved from the Adnaniya point toward villages in the area, establishing a temporary checkpoint in Umm Azam near the junction leading to Mushirfa, Sa’ida, and Ruwayhina,” a SANA reporter said.
The incursion coincided with three Israeli military vehicles entering Ruwayhina village. A similar advance was reported on Tuesday in Eastern Samdaniyah, northern Quneitra.
These actions mark a continued violation of the 1974 disengagement agreement, as Israel persists with aggressive policies in southern Syria, including raids, arbitrary arrests, forced displacement, property destruction, and land bulldozing.
Syria has reiterated its demand for Israel’s withdrawal from occupied territories, stressing that all measures taken by the occupation in southern Syria are null and void under international law, and urging the international community to act to stop such practices and enforce full Israeli withdrawal in line with the 1974 agreement.
