Damascus, Nov. 29 —Syrian Minister of Information Hamza al-Mustafa offered condolences on Sunday to the families of the martyrs in the town of Beit Jinn in the Damascus countryside, who were killed in an Israeli strike at dawn.
“We call on Arab and international media outlets to cover this attack and shed light on the area, to convey the steadfastness of the residents to the world and highlight their solidarity with the government,” al-Mustafa said in a statement to journalists during his visit to the town.
He emphasized the government’s full support for the residents and said it stands by their side in every possible way under these circumstances.
The visit came after the Israeli strike on Beit Jinn, which martyred 13 civilians and injured dozens more.
