President al-Sharaa appoints Dr. Obada Mohammad Al-Tamer as Head of SVU

President Ahmad Sharaa issued on Thursday Decree No. (191) for the year 2025, appointing Dr. Obada Mohammad Al-Tamer as President of the Syrian Virtual University ( SVU )
