Decree establishes Energy Ministry with financial autonomy

Damascus, SANA – President Ahmad al-Sharaa has issued Decree No. 150 for 2025, establishing Syria’s Ministry of Energy as a fully independent institution headquartered in Damascus, with financial and administrative autonomy.
