Damascus – SANA – Turkish Trade Minister Ömer Bolat said Turkey’s participation in the 62nd Damascus International Fair reflects its strong commitment to Syria’s stability and economic recovery.
In remarks to SANA, Bolat noted that more than 500 Turkish businesspeople are attending the fair, underscoring Ankara’s interest in boosting cooperation with Syria in trade, services, energy, and other sectors. He stressed that Syria’s unity and stability are vital for the region and affirmed Turkey’s readiness to strengthen bilateral ties.
The Damascus International Fair, which opened today with the participation of over 800 companies from 20 countries, will welcome visitors from Thursday until September 5.
