Damascus, SANA-A technical delegation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates arrived in the Republic of Sudan Monday to discuss issues concerning of Syrians residing in Sudan and to explore ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
According to the Ministry’s official Telegram channel, the delegation began its mission with a productive session alongside Major General Osman Mohamed al-Hassan Dinkawi, Director General of Passports and Immigration at the Sudanese Ministry of Interior, in the presence of several senior officials.
The two sides discussed challenges faced by Syrians in Sudan and the regularization of their legal status. The Sudanese side expressed full cooperation, and both parties affirmed the depth of relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, agreeing to work jointly to enhance these ties.
The Syrian delegation was received by officials from the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
