Damascus, SANA-Minister of Administrative Development, Mohammed Hassan al-Skaf, discussed Friday with Daraa Governor, Anwar Taha al-Zoubi, steps to establish a sub-directorate for administrative development in the province.
The two sides stressed the importance of investing in building human capital capabilities, by organizing specialized training programs aimed at developing the administrative and technical skills of workers, given their vital role in achieving sustainable institutional transformation.
The meeting also dealt with developing human resources recruitment systems and attracting distinguished competencies, in addition to strengthening human resources planning mechanisms at the local level through the Administrative Development Directorate to ensure their optimal distribution.
