Occupied Jerusalem, March 11 (SANA) Six Palestinians were injured and 49 others arrested Wednesday during Israeli military raids across several areas of the West Bank.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli forces stormed the Old City of Nablus, opening fire and wounding two young men.
Israeli troops also raided the town of Tammun in the Tubas area, where four Palestinians were assaulted and suffered injuries and fractures.
In separate raids, Israeli forces entered the Qalandiya refugee camp in Jerusalem and the Jalazone refugee camp in Ramallah.
They also carried out operations in the village of Duma near Nablus, the village of al-Burj in Hebron, the suburb of Iktaba and the town of Kafr al-Labad in Tulkarm, arresting 49 Palestinians, according to WAFA.
Israeli forces also began bulldozing land in the al-Arbidat area of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, to connect a local road to a nearby settlement.
Meanwhile, Israeli settlers seized a house under construction in the town of Huwara south of Nablus, WAFA reported.
