Journalists Syndicate: Israeli occupation killed 15 journalists during August

 Occupied Jerusalem,  SANA -The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate reported that Israeli occupation forces killed 15 journalists during August 2025.

The Syndicate’s Freedoms Committee documented a total of 86 violations and crimes against journalists in the West Bank and Gaza Strip throughout the month according to The Palestinian WAFA news agency.

The deadliest incidents included the killing of six journalists near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza on August 10, and the killing of five journalists along with the wounding of four others at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis on August 25.

At least six journalists sustained serious injuries from shrapnel and live fire, with some left permanently disabled. Additionally, three relatives of journalists were killed, and four family homes were destroyed.
