Homs, SANA- Public hospitals and health centers in Homs continue to offer services to citizens during Eid al-Fitr, under the supervision of specialist and resident doctors, along with nursing staff, following pre-arranged duty schedules.
Dr. Mohammad al-Raees, head of the Hospital Division at the Homs Health Directorate, stated to SANA that emergency departments in both city and rural hospitals have been receiving patients around the clock since the first day of Eid.
He also clarified that health centers in the governorate are receiving patients and emergency cases during morning working hours only.
Additionally, al-Raees noted that supervisory teams from the Health Directorate have been conducting rounds at hospitals to ensure full compliance in delivering services. Health centers have also been supplied with emergency medications and the necessary medical equipment to support their operations effectively.
