Damascus, SANA – Health Minister Musab al-Ali discussed Thursday with a Saudi delegation headed by Counselor Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Mahairi ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries and working to provide sustainable health and medical services.

During the meeting, they discussed the rehabilitation of damaged hospitals and the restoration of health centers, in addition to enhancing the exchange of expertise and research between the two countries, while stressing the importance of coordinating efforts to develop the health sector sustainably.
Minister Al-Ali stressed the importance of diversifying health models and the sizes of hospitals and medical centers, noting the necessity of having centers that operate around the clock to serve the people at any time and that they have at least one doctor at night.
