Damascus, SANA- In light of the recent incidents taking place in Sweida Governorate, Health Ministry said Tuesday that it has allocated 28 ambulances to Daraa Governorate to provide the necessary emergency services to citizens.
“The Ministry boosted its response in Daraa Governorate, to provide emergency services and transfer serious condition the hospitals, by dispatching ambulances from to Damascus and Damascus countryside Health Directorates,” Ambulance and Emergency Director at the Ministry, Dr. Najib al-Naasan said.
Dr. Al-Nasan revealed that the number of emergency cases began to drop following the ceasefire decision in Sweida, adding that the Health Ministry is fully prepared and will dispatch 15 equipped ambulances when medical teams and aid are permitted to enter Sweida Governorate.
