Hasakah, SANA – The Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch in Hasakah distributed aid to displaced families and others from the local community.
The head of the organization’s branch in Hasakah, Khader al-Zaher, articulated that the aid included household supplies and equipment according to each family’s needs, such as water tanks and heating devices, with support from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Al-Zaher added, “The aid included 92 families from the local community and displaced people registered at the organization’s social care center,” stressing the importance of this aid in alleviating the suffering of the people, especially in light of the difficult circumstances they are experiencing.
