Damascus, SANA- Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammad Abdul Rahman Turko, met with Damascus Governor Mr. Maher Marwan to discuss the educational situation in Damascus and ways to improve the educational process there.

During their meeting at the ministry’s headquarters in Damascus, they reviewed ongoing preparations for the upcoming general exams and stressed the importance of coordinated efforts to complete all necessary arrangements.

 

Minister Turko emphasized the significance of the governorate’s role in complementing the ministry’s work to uphold children’s right to education and provide them with an optimal learning environment.

For his part, Governor Marwan highlighted the special attention the governorate gives to the educational sector, ensuring that essential needs are met, schools receive necessary services, and all required facilitations are provided to support the successful administration of exams.
