Syria is taking part in the second regional meeting on the return and education of Syrian refugees, held in Doha, Qatar, alongside delegations from Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, and Iraq, the Ministry of Education said in a written statement on Tuesday.
The discussions aim to develop a coordinated educational response plan for returning children, focusing on safe and inclusive learning environments that promote reintegration and continued education.
Participants are sharing expertise and reviewing strategies to strengthen national education systems, including the role of non-formal education and teacher training to meet the evolving needs of post-return communities.
