Oil prices rise despite expectations of US interest rate cuts

New York,SANA – Oil prices rose Wednesday  %2 as investors assessed the stability of the ceasefire in the Middle East and amid market expectations of a possible interest rate cut in U.S, the world’s largest economy.

Reuters reported that Brent crude futures rose $1.31, or 2 percent, to $68.45 a barrel.
