Damascus, SANA- The total amount of wheat received for the 2025 season by Syrian Grain Establishment has reached to 212,826 tons distributed among various receiving centers in Syrian governorates.

In a statement to a SANA, Establishment Director General, Eng. Hassan al-Othman, said that the work is ongoing across all establishment departments to ensure safe delivery of wheat to all governorates and to provide all possible facilitations.

He noted to numerous difficulties facing them, including destruction of infrastructure and storage facilities by the former regime, which made it difficult for farmers to transport wheat to the designated centers.
