Knowledge Exchange and Integrated Solutions

FIS, a German construction firm, views the exhibition as an opportunity to collaborate with Syrian talent and offer end-to-end building services from planning to delivery contributing to Syria’s reconstruction and economic recovery, according to Chairman Fezli Bekaj.

Angolan contractor Angorital, represented by Damascus branch director Ammar Ashour, is focused on transferring engineering expertise and delivering high-quality projects. Ashour praised the supportive environment for foreign companies entering Syria.

Chinese firm Decoinspire, led by Nabil Awad, highlighted the exhibition’s role in facilitating knowledge exchange and showcasing weather-resistant alternatives to wood and stone, drawing significant interest from attendees.

Innovative Technologies and Sustainable Solutions

Turkish insulation specialist Fixper used the exhibition to engage both public and private sector stakeholders. Exclusive agent Samer Abdul Hamid outlined plans to introduce advanced thermal and acoustic insulation technologies for walls and floors, offering fire- and moisture-resistant solutions.

British company Build for Innovation, represented by Moamen Qandil, sees its participation as a strategic move to meet Syria’s demand for UPVC-based doors and windows. These systems offer thermal and acoustic insulation, are weather-resistant, antibacterial, and environmentally friendly.

A Platform for Investment and Development

Launched two days ago at the Damascus International Fairgrounds, “IMAR 2025” features 260 companies from 23 countries.
