Syrian Energy Minister Mohammad Al-Bashir met on Thursday with Khalifa Abdullah Al Mahmoud, chargé d’affaires at the Qatari embassy in Damascus, to explore ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the energy sector.
The meeting highlighted existing partnerships, opportunities for development, and Qatar’s supportive role in advancing Syria’s energy infrastructure.
Mohammed Al-Ahmad, Director of Arab Affairs at the Syrian Foreign Ministry, also attended the meeting.
