Damascus, SANA – Temperatures remain above average as the country is influenced by low pressure system accompanied with southwestern air currents in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a chance of showers especially over the coastal areas.
The winds will be variable and mostly southeasterly of light speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude, the bulletin said.
The expected temperature degrees in some Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 16/04, Daraa 14/04, Homs 16/02, Hama 18/04, Lattakia 21/09, Hasaka 14/08, Aleppo 16/0 and Deir Ezzor 16/05.
