QII Syria condemns Israeli transgressions against Al-Aqsa

Damascus, SANA – Al-Quds International Institution (QII) office in Syria condemned the most recent Israeli transgressions against al-Aqsa Mosque and on all holy sites, calling on governments, parties, organizations, academic figures, intellectuals, and youth in Arab countries to undertake a continuous collective action to force the Israeli occupation to stop its practices against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the civilians inside it.

In a statement on Monday, the QII stressed the need to consolidate efforts to stop the occupation’s plans against Al-Aqsa Mosque, asserting that one cannot remain silent about abuses or to concede rights to holy sites.

The statement pointed out the need for unity in mass media and politics to send a message to all free and honest people in the world about the situation of Al-Aqsa Mosque, calling on mass media outlets to assume their professional and national responsibilities and work to expose the crimes of the Israeli occupation and to raise awareness among the public regarding the Palestinian cause.

Israeli occupation forces stormed on Monday morning Al-Aqsa Mosque through al- Magharbeh Gate for the second day in a row, firing stun grenades and rubber bullets in its courtyard and arresting a number of Palestinians.
