A 4.1 magnitude earthquake hits southern Turkey

Ankara, SANA-An earthquake measuring 4.1 magnitude on the Richter scale struck on Wednesday southern Turkey.

“The epicenter of the tremor was the city of Adana, in the south of the country, at a depth of 7 kilometers” The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority stated, on its website.

No casualties or damage were reported as a result of the tremor.
