Russian forces dismantle more than 11,000 mines in Donetsk and Lugansk, Russian MoD

Moscow – SANA- “the Russian forces have dismantled more than 11,000 mines left by the Ukrainian Nazis and Ukrainian forces in Donetsk and Lugansk”, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

In a statement head of the Russian Defense Monitoring Center, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mezintsev, said “the Russian Armed Forces and the Russian Emergencies Ministry continue to clear the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics of explosive devices.

on Saturday the 11,300 mines were dismantled, including 352 have also been dismantled yesterday, Mezintsev added.
