Dozens of Palestinians injured in attack by Israeli occupation forces at al-Aqsa Mosque

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- Dozens of Palestinians were injured on Thursday morning as the Israeli occupation forces attacked them at al-Aqsa Mosque.

Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation forces stormed al-Aqsa Mosque and opened fire and poison gas canisters at the worshipers and those stationed there, injuring dozens of them and forcing them to   leave the mosque to make way for groups of settlers to carry out their provocative tours in the courtyards of the Mosque.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces closed the entrances to al-Aqsa Mosque and prevented Palestinians from entering it and forced the endowment employees to leave it and assaulted journalists and forced them to leave to prevent them from conveying an image about the crimes and violations of the occupation and its settlers against the Palestinians and their sanctities in al-Aqsa Mosque.

Groups of Israeli settlers have been trying to storm the courtyards of al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday at dawn under a tight protection by the Israeli occupation forces.
