Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain above average for about 1 to 3 degrees in most areas as the country is affected by slight superficial high air pressure accompanied by southwestern currents in all atmosphere layers.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general with a slight chance of rain showers above the southern and southeastern areas and the weather will be cold at night, warning against frost especially in the coastal highlands.
The winds will be eastern to north eastern between slight and moderate and active above the coastal highlands. The sea waves are low in height.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus :15/7 – Homs: 17/5 – Hasaka : 20/3 – Tartous : 21/10 –Aleppo: 17/4
